Le prolifique songwriter danois, Jacob Faurholt, sort quelques jours avant la fin de l'année un album pas vraiment festif mais certainement beau. Burn Burn Here ne trahit pas la veine lo-fi du musicien à la voix rocailleuse qui pare ses guitares acoustiques de glockenspiel, melodica, piano et ce qui sonne comme un mellotron. Quelque part entre Sparklehorse et Troy Von Balthazar, cet album de Jacob Faurholt a de quoi satisfaire les oreilles tristes.
The prolific danish songwriter Jacob Faurholt releases a few days before the end of the year a not really festive but certainly beautiful album. Burn Burn Here does not betray the lo-fi vein of the musician with a gravelly voice who dresses up his acoustic guitars with glockenspiel, melodica, piano and what seems to be a mellotron. Somewhere between Sparklehorse and Troy Von Balthazar, this album by Jacob Faurholt has what's needed to satisfy sad ears.
