À peine un an après Oh Dark Hundred! Roald Van Oosten nous sort un nouvel album. Les chansons de A Stir Is In The Air lui trainaient dans les pattes depuis un moment en réalité, quand il s'était penché sur l’œuvre d'Edgar Allan Poe à l'époque de Ghost Trucker si je ne me trompe.
L'album est parcouru de mystères, frissons et merveilles mélodiques, riche en émotions aussi, j'ai l'impression de passer de l'ombre à la lumière en clignant des yeux, par surprise. Au sein même d'une chanson les virages ne s'annoncent pas, il faut garder les oreilles grandes ouvertes et savourer l'aventure, Roald Van Oosten tourne les pages et les visions défilent.
Pour l'énergie, A Dream Within A Dream tonne à la manière d'une chevauchée sur la voie lactée quand Horror Story pose ses pas dansants de fantôme sur une piste éclairée à la bougie. Et bien sûr il y a Someday It's Gonna Turn Around qui creuse son terrier dans les rêves pour déboucher sur un Eldorado printanier.
