Bestiaire Métropolitain (Book)

Je viens de sortir mon premier "livre", Bestiaire Métropolitain. Il s'agit d'un petit livre de 16 pages en noir et blanc compilant des dessins réalisés au feutre fin lors de mes trajets en métro mais la référence au métro(politain) s'arrête là, comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos ci-dessous.

Imprimé à 50 exemplaires par Papier Machine.

I have just released my first 'book', Bestiaire Métropolitain (Metropolitan Bestiary). It is a small 16 pages black and white book compiling drawings made in the métro (french subway/underground) on my way to work but the métro(politan) reference stops there, as you can notice it on the pictures below.

This is the cover for the new Carton Sonore album "Kind Regards from the Land of Wander". For those who have been following Carton Sonore these last years, this one might sound different from what have been done before: it's not a solo recording, not instrumental, more poppy and psychedelic. Might be released in spring.

Ceci sera la couverture du nouvel album de Carton Sonore "Kind Regards from the Land of Wander". Pour ceux qui ont suivi Carton Sonore ces dernières années, celui-ci devrait sonner différemment par rapport à ce qui a été fait avant : ce n'est pas un album solo, ce n'est pas instrumental, c'est plus pop et psyché. Il devrait sortir au printemps.

Exploration thread

As Carton Sonore's new album is almost finished, i've started to design its cover with materials i'm not used to at all. Almost 2 weeks now working on it (i try to work a bit on it every evening) and half of the work still isn't done. It's taking me a lot of time, i hope it's worth it!

Le nouvel album de Carton Sonore étant presque terminé, je me suis lancé dans le design de la pochette avec des matériaux dont je n'ai pas du tout l'habitude. Voila près de 2 semaines que j'ai commencé (j'essaie de travailler un petit peu tous les soirs dessus) et je n'en suis pas tout à fait à la moitié. Ça me prend un temps fou, j'espère au moins que ça en vaut la peine !
