Les albums d'Elf Power sont pour la majorité, semblables aux différents chapitres d'un même livre et à l'écoute de Twitching In Time on n'écoute pas seulement un nouvel album mais aussi plus de 20 ans d'une histoire qui suit son chemin, fidèle à sa trame de départ, et qui ne semble pas près de s'arrêter.
Des paysages qui reviennent avec des souvenirs des précédents albums, Elf Power fait dans la continuité mais pas dans la répétition. Andrew Rieger n'est pas un David Bowie se réinventant constamment, il s'est rapidement trouvé et enraciné dans son univers que je visite avec joie chaque fois qu'il ouvre la porte d'un nouveau disque pour y entendre les dernières nouvelles du coin.

J'ai encore "The winter is coming" dans la tète.. à tel point que j'ai perdu le fil du groupe juste après "Creature" que j'ai trouvé très en dessous (de Winter..).

Dommage, Winter Is Coming est l'un de mes préférés mais il y en a eu de nombreux autres très bons par la suite : Back To The Web, In A Cave, Sunlight On The Moon et celui-ci.
